About Me
I have been very interested in quilts since I was a grade-schooler, reading L.I.W.'s Little House series. I didn't have a Mom who sewed or crafted and I was in the dark. To fashion my "first" quilt, I cut up all my socks and tried to sew them together like patchwork. I quickly learned that you cannot make anything resembling a quilt with finely knit cotton socks!
